The apartment is reserved when the advance payment arrives on our account, which we will inform you about via e-mail. We return the advance payment in full 60 days before the appointment and 50% of the advance 30 days before the appointment. The rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival. The sojourn tax is included in the price. Early departure does not entitle you to a refund of the money you have already paid. Apartments are not rented for less than 7 days.
